Uzi Mann, Ph.D.

Inventors Uzi Mann, Ph.D. Dr. Mann received his Ph.D. in chemical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is currently a professor of chemical engineering at Texas Tech University, where his areas of research include chemical reaction engineering, process intensification, and particular processes. He is the author of the textbook “Chemical Reactor Analysis and Design,” (Wiley 2009). He was invited to write the chapter on Chemical Reactor Technology for the renowned Kirk-Othmer’s Encyclopedia of Chemical Technology (Wiley, 2010). He is the instructor of the AIChE’s continuing education course “Chemical Reactor Design and Operation.”
